Barret (please forgive me if I’m not saying the name right) BUT HE WAS AMAZINGGGGG !!! Literally customer service was phenomenal, I would always return just for him ! He made everything that I was being asked to take care of super easy ! He was nice to my baby boy and interacted with him as well! Such a sweet kind soul ! I don’t leave reviews normally but he deserves one and a raise ! People like him is how business es remain open and manageable!!! Thank you again !

Walked in. Practically ignored into they stopped gossiping. I asked how much to swap out a battery I had. He said depends on the car. I told him the car and then he was like oh do you have the battery. I said yes (hence wanting to swap a battery) he said oh no. You have to purchase the battery here. Ok. Why didn’t he say that to begin with? I thought auto zone did things like this. Luckily I called car doctors down the road and they not only said yes. But have a great price and saw me that second.

Today I was helped to buy Braxton and Chris. It was an awesome experience and they had amazing customer service and helped me out with my battery. Braxton even replaced it for me. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of parts. I’ve been here multiple multiple times to service my truck and my wife’s car. I live right around the corner so it’s convenient, but I won’t go anywhere else for my parts. Thanks, Braxton!

These guys are truly great! The battery in my Alfa Romeo 4C died on me while I was at Starbucks on Epps Bridge Road. I called them and talked to one of their techs, Joe. He said he had the battery and to ask for him when I got there. I waited for a friend to come jump my battery and drove straight to AutoZone next to Pep Boys on Atlanta Hwy. They were ready when I got there. Joe and the store manager made sure they carefully removed my old battery and installed the new battery without scrattching my car or leaving anything undone. They were awesome! Very knowledgeable! And super attentive! Greg Garcia
